E, P i inne inicjały W sprawach nieletnich nie podaje się pełnego imienia i nazwiska, tylko jedną literę. Zatem "Re E" to konkretna sprawa nieletniego (może być, ale nie musi być związana z zmianą miejsca zamieszkania), według której (a konkretnie, ratio decidendi wyroku wydanego w sprawie) normuje się (w tym przypadku) kwestię właściwej jurysdykcji. Nie jest to ogólne oznaczenie spraw dotyczących miejsca zamieszkania dzieci.
