When I open a KudoZ question in the app, I can only see the answers given and not the discussion about the question. Is this a bug or is this feature still to be implemented?

I think it is very important to read the discussion before posting an answer because there is often important additional information given in the discussion or the question has even already been answered. I think it is very important to read the discussion before posting an answer because there is often important additional information given in the discussion or the question has even already been answered. It is always annoying when someone posts an answer (and gains points for it) that has already been given by someone else in the discussion, so I would refrain from posting answers in the mobile app to avoid this situation as long as the discussion does not appear there.

Can you tell me if this will be changed?

I would also prefer if line breaks were shown in the explanation/context given for the question. Some people use line breaks to create a list (e.g. of previous and subsequent segments or terms) and it can be confusing if they are missing. ▲ Collapse

Hello Sarah,

KudoZ discussion hasn't been integrated into ProZ.com Mobile yet. It may be integrated together with peer grading in the future though.

As for line breaks, good call. I'll ask app developers to adjust that. In the meantime, if you would like to introduce line breaks in a list when posting your answer via mobile, simply introduce an extra break:

Item 1

Item 2

Item 3


This will show in the app as follows:

Item 1
Item 2
Item 3


Hope this helps at least temporarily.
