"There is no translation of the source term" Warning

I am banging my head against the wall with this warning. MemoQ is constantly creating a warning saying I have not translated a word, when in fact I have. It really slows down the work to have to click on the warning icon and check the ignore box every time.

This is happening maybe every two or three segments and I'm not sure why or how to turn it off.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this might be happening?
