Working day Sep 21, 2007

I voted "not very stressful" which is true. But I do find the odd day when I have no work fairly stressful. Am I a workaholic?

Generally OK.

Sometimes it can be a bit crazy but that's all par for the course.

Not stressful at all Sep 21, 2007

If it would be stressful, I'd change a job

There are some situations of course, but a typical working day is ok

In memoriam
Too much distraction Sep 22, 2007

Dramatized version: 62 job-related emails (which could have been easily bundled into 3) and 9 phone calls later (ah, telemarketers, too!), I am worn out. I look at my watch: Oh, it's afternoon already. Where was I? What, that's all that I have written so far???!!? Oh great, overtime.

As soon as everybody has been helped, all questions have been answered and the appropriate abundance of niceties have been exchanged, everybody is happy and I finally get to do my own work.

We are communicating ourselves to death.

I finally get to do my job by the time that I am tired:
That's when it gets stressful.
