KudoZ - Participaing in forums - Other (please comment) - Getting featured - Submitting glossaries - Publishing an article - Organizing a powwow.
I've taken advantage of all of them except glossaries and articles.

I've taken advantage of all of them except glossaries and articles.
I would add two more: changing the picture, the new one doesn't need to be naked, people are so curious! so they want to see more details of the new picture.
I remember a guy that was featured and his picture was on a bed, I'm sure he got plenty of visitors.
The other thing that generates visits to my profile is having a link to my profile in my signature.

I must agree with Claudia: changing the picture once in a while has boosted my profile views significantly.
Guess how I got the greatest traffic increase? By replacing the picture of myself with the picture of my cat!
A lot of people on this site love cats, or so it seems

I've long felt guilty about not contributing to KUDz, but it has been an incredibly busy year...more 7 day workweeks than last year. I still have miles to go in maximizing my profile, like updating my website, linking it, changing my B/W fuzzy photo, redoing my resume and the list goes on. I thought the recent poll re how much time one spends on administrative tasks was interesting; I count the above activities as such,as well as learning new SW etc. but time has become so limited even for atte... I really don't know if my profile has more or less views than before. The simple reason is that I haven't ever been able to see how many people have checked/check my profile. I also don't have/feel/see that I am getting more jobs.
