Usually when I'm not working, I prefer my leisure viewing in my native English. However, I sometimes watch things in other languages as well. I'd be hard pressed to name a "favourite" show, as I can't think of any that stand out above the rest. | | |

For the same reason I can't watch BBC shows in Italy, most annoying!

I pay US $47.76 a year. With it I can watch TV in any country - not just Italy | |

I don't watch TV a lot. Netflix offers more than enough for me. I had seen a particular RAI production years ago (La Piovra). Recently I wanted to see it again, yet I came to see that they blocked streaming for viewers outside the country. | | |

You have to pay for a TV license even to watch streaming services in the UK, right? And it costs, annually, about 3 or 4 times what you pay for your VPN. How sick is that? | | |

My favourite apart from Italian music programmes, must be Meraviglie by Piero Angela on Italian channel RAI 1 about famous places worth visiting and their treasures like Mont St. Michel in France, Florence, Bernini and Borromini, the Pantheon, the art treasures of the Vatican, underground Rome. Like his father, his knowledge and the way he describes the treasures he speaks about make each episode fascinating as he describes aspects and details no one would normally have known about.
