seasoned and garnished to perfection

seasoned and garnished to perfection - a 'dash' of seasoning and a 'sprig' of parsley or other garnish

More context would help - and I'm assuming the 'Medical' is a left-over from your last question!

'with all the trimmings' is another expression, but that usually means lots of accompaniments

Peking Duck with all the trimmings
Sunday roast with all the trimmings
etc.

'Fresh as fish on a fine day '
... was an expression an old friend of the family used when I was a child... That has the alliteration, but again, it depends what you are talking about.
