Hebrew term

In a LIST in a ltr. of recommendation

Hebrew to English Bus/Financial Human Resources התנדבות
This individual showed, over the years - - - integrity, devotion, non-potentiality (my translation and interpretation).
How would you translate התנדבות -of the Israeli kind - in this context, where "voluntarism" sounds awkward and grammatically inappropriate?

Hebrew term (edited): התנדבות

volunteerism

Not much more natural-sounding to me, but it is pretty popular in related websites.
