Learning disabilities assessment This is good example when a translator has to translate the meaning and not fixed to the word. By writing "רבי מלל" the assessor actually meant for all the theoretical learning subjects as "history", "literature" etc. and that the meaning you have to transfer in your translation. (An expert in the subject)

There is no rest of the phrase. this is it. this is an evaluation report of a student of his ability to learn.
This is a heading for the conclusions of the evaluation results.
It should look like this:
המלצות להתאמה במבחנים: בכל מקצועות הלימוד כולל**רבי מלל** ולשון:י
(שתי הנקודות חסרות)
and then it continues with the description of what to do in these classes.

2. So far the Hebrew source looks quite poorly-styled. Is that a psychological-Medical recommendation for test conditions for learing-disabilities?
