OPERATION:
(1) Burner igniting
Firstly turn on the working switch, and then operate the burner switches in the consoles, in turn to start the fuel pumps and blowers. One or two minutes later, turn on the fuel valves, and settle the igniting switch, ignite the …If the burner is not ignited in 5 seconds, close the valve and repeat the procedure above after a while. If the burner is ignited, release the ignite switch and adjust the air door to make the burning normally. No black smoke occurs.
(2) Burner turnoff
When stop heating, close the fuel valves, let the blowers continue the running, for about 10 minutes, make sure that the fuel has been fully burned. After the burner cooled, switch off the burners.
ADVICE:
In igniting, settle the air door to l/4 intake so as to ignite easily.
(5) Crown control (fig 114)
This device forms a design road surface shape.
Adjust in the order as following:
(1) Loosen the locknut 2
(2) Turn the nut 3
To increase CROWN turn it clockwise.
To reduce CROWN, turn it counterclockwise.
(3) After adjustment, tighten the locknut. When you extend or retract the screeds, be sure to do so after settling the *cretin* back to "0", to prevent the screeds from contacting the frame.
