The Contractor confirms that, if it is an EU importer under EU 2017/821 "EU Conflict Minerals Regulation", it complies with the corresponding due diligence obligations in the supply chain in accordance with Article 3-7.
If the delivered goods contain substances pursuant to EU 2017/821, Annexes 1 A and B (substances and design limits) from corresponding conflict zones (CAHRAs list), the Contractor undertakes to disclose this information (substances and quantities), as well as the identification number and designation of the hut or refinery (e.g. using the CMRT form of the Responsible Minerals Initiative, RMI).
