Responsibilities:
*Manage all aspects of Contractual Service Agreements (CSA) including P&L, Customer Service, Technical Support, etc. for sites in Italy.
*Co-ordinate all Departments to provide the highest level of service.
*Strengthen relationship with customer personnel, including management, operations & maintenance.
*Provide a high level of communications with the customers & all appropriate personnel. Proactively address customer concerns about our products and services.
*Develop long-range project plans, including outage schedules and projected financial expenditures.
*Develop and maintain site inventory management and control plans.
*Work with all departments to minimize overall costs throughout the term of the agreements.
*Maximize the business through the promotion of the entire products and services.
