XXX (nome ditta) customer cannot accept self-certifications like those you sent me this morning. They need to receive the proper document like the one I attach again which we have for the 300 series. You can see that it also has page 2 and 3 with *** approval from the Body which has carried out *** the tests. Also, in the case of the ZZZ (codice prodotto) you sent me this morning, according to XXX (nome della ditta sopra), the approval number on the document doesn’t correspond to the approval number on the camera label.
