xxx as the MAH the Product(s) in the Territory shall be responsible for all other and further pharmacovigilance duties/activities as outlined in international and national legislation and guidelines relating to pharmacovigilance. These activities include, but are not limited to expedited reporting of single cases, literature surveillance, Periodic Safety Update Report compilation and submission, signal detection, Risk Management, Core Data Sheet compilation and implementation).
