Не совсем понимаю последнее предложение: приглашения будут направлены (кем?) - "from participating UN Member States, UN Resident Coordinators, and UN country teams" или представителям (от кого?) - "from participating UN Member States, UN Resident Coordinators, and UN country teams"
И "Permanent Representatives to the Rome-based agencies"- пост. представители в учреждениях, расположенных в Риме"?
