English term

reserved

English to Serbian Law/Patents Law (general) asset recovery
When deciding on the appeal, the court may dismiss it as untimely or impermissible, reject it as unfounded, or grant the appeal and modify or revoke the ruling and refer the case for re-trial.

However, if the ruling had already been reserved once in the same case, the second-instance court will schedule a hearing and decide on the appeal itself by examining evidence and making a decision on the merits.

In such cases, the second-instance court may not reverse the first-instance decision once again.
