Thanks to all of you ... for good suggestions and to Klementina for the background information. As you might remember, my target language is not English but Swedish, I need this community because there is no Albanian -> Swedish translators at Proz.com. So I have to compare the English suggestions to the use of terms in Swedish. Finally, I used "tränare" after all, a direct translation, with the consent of my client.

Trainer - Instructor - Coordinator - Leader Rrjetet profesionale are created lately to all the school all over Albania based on the subject, level, and grade teachers teach. The one you mention is one of them. The purpose of this meetings is to come together as teachers of the same subject and grade and discuss and share the experiences or get some trainings on how to implement new things. Most of the time, trainers come from the Ministry of Education, Superintendent office, or experts in the field. The role of the "trainer" ( in Albania they are called drejtuesa/ leaders) is to organize this meetings. I know this for sure because I run North American Schools ( Elementary, JH, HS) in Albania. Another word I would go would be Leader but definitely not trainer.Happy Translation
