J'hésite avec la définition de ces mots "competencies, capacity, and capabilities" qui peuvent être traduits en français par des homonymes via le mot "capacité".

Generally, I would see 'competencies' as being closed to 'skills' — "our staff possess the competencies / skills to produce high-quality products"
'capacity' might refer (but it is not made clear here) to personal capacities or abilities: "Elle a la capacité de bien réussir à son Bac, si seulement elle s'y applique." But attention: in terms of a plant, say, then 'capacity' (usually singular) might well be referring to actual 'capacité' — the ability to handle a certain volule of production: "Our new factory has a capacity of 1500 tonnes / week."
