| Mas "assault, battery, and assault with intent to kill" fazem parte do mesmo crime (murder). Este crime pode ser dividido em vários tipos de crimes menores, mas que pertencem ao mesmo crime - portanto UM crime. |

| Thanks, Gilmar, but that's not it. There are two types within the multiple crimes - the same type of crime committed at different times (homogéneo) or completely different crimes (heterogéneo). Anyway, yesterday I consulted with someone in the field and after a long search I found 'multiform offence', so I'm going with that. But thanks, anyway! :) |
