A transaction having an original term to maturity not greater than two hundred and seventy days and which is -
secured by readily marketable assets, covered to their full insurable
value by all perils insurance and having an ascertainable market or other value, as security, as found in good faith by an officer of the bank concerned, of at least fifty per centum more than the amount of the obligations thereby secured;
secured in some other manner satisfactory to the Bank of ***; or
(c ) a loan made to or guaranteed by the Government, a board or agency of the Government or a local authority that is enforceable by the bank within sixty days after demand following default
