Italian term

deserta

Italian to English Law/Patents Law (general) articles of association
regarding general meetings of shareholders:

It could be 'abandoned' i.e. if there were no quorum, or maybe I should say 'inquorate'?

neutral philgoddard : I'm not sure about this. Couldn't it be "abandoned"?

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I take the point about 'abandoned' (which is closer to the meaning of 'deserta' but I think it has to mean 'inquorate' (the reason for abandoning the meeting)"
