However there seems to be a difference in the members of these disciplinary bodies. In the Netherlands the majority of the members are from the judiciary. Also e.g. in Portugal the disciplinary law is applied by an independent organisation.

Whereas e.g. in Belgium, France (the departmental chamber) and Greece (the Federation of Bailiffs) the matters are decided by professional partners themselves.
