adecuada toma de decisiones

Spanish to English Social Sciences Education / Pedagogy
I'm still battling with intellectual capital. Any idea how to render the last few words here? It comes up again and again.

to make the right decisions / to make good decisions

A more natural way of saying it in English, in my opinion

I would add that Spanish often uses nouns (i.e. toma de decisiones) were English prefers verbs.

Note from asker:
Yes,o bviously I know how to translate toma de decisiones, what I meant was that the phrase sounded awkward and in fact a couple of times I have used your suggestions.already. Many thanks.

4 hrs

for proper decision-making

Creo que el sentido no es si se toman o no 'the correct or good decisions", es de asegurar que el proceso de toma de decisiones sea adecuado (análisis, participación, soporte, etc.).
También podría ser "to ensure proper decision-making".
Slds!

in order to ensure the quality of decision-making

A bit more long-winded but it seems to need the meaning being made more explicit. The Spanish is rather dense.
