I'm still battling with intellectual capital. Any idea how to render the last few words here? It comes up again and again.

It soounds awkwrad in Spainsh and Im finding it awkward in English.

Creo que el sentido no es si se toman o no 'the correct or good decisions", es de asegurar que el proceso de toma de decisiones sea adecuado (análisis, participación, soporte, etc.).
