Hola!
Saben si hay alguna frase hecha equivalente a esta en inglés?
Este sería el contexto:
Para garantizar esa alianza se establece la “ficha” partidaria como requisito para obtener un puesto de trabajo.
Gracias!

(party) membership card
Party "membership" or "members" card is more common in UK English.

Although MEW is indeed more strictly correct, I am not withdrawing my suggestion because I believe it sounds more natural to include "membership" in the phrase.

: Neil, I don't think the image corresponds to a "ficha." That's a party credential, not a record card/sheet.

In Spain, "ficha" is loosely used to refer to any type of record/file/expedient/card, also pieces in games like draughts/chess/monopoly etc, and figuratively, which I believe is the meaning here, referring to their membership of the party.
