Попросила трех китайцев прочитать, результат: Шао-Ень, Шао-Ен, Шо-Ен. Вот вам и таблицы :)

шуо-йен

или шуо-ень -- вот вам еще варианты. а в принципе все равно полной транслитерации соответствующей фонетике оригинала вряд ли получится + большое количество диалектов, возьмите к примеру китайское -ш- (мандаринское наречие): оно шире русского, что то среднее между ш и ж.
