Good afternoon,
The text relates to an Award Agreement from a bank, which I believe is translated in French by 'Programme d'Attribution d'Actions'. The problem is how to translate the word AWARD when it is by itself, for example : 'pay taxes in connection with the Award' - I acknowledge that my Award is subject to tax' : PRIX ? PRIME ? Have looked in glossary, but any help is welcome.

Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec "attribution" ou "octroi", mais je trouve que seuls, ces termes ne collent. Ok pour Programme d'octroi/attribution d'action par contre
