Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)

I am translating several appendices of bid specifications for the construction of a hospital. One is for television and telephone service and the other is for a parking garage. At the end of each appendix there are indicators which correspond with the specifications for the provision of services. This is put in a table. One column is the indicators and next to it is a column entitled infraction. Next to each indicator in the infraction column is the word leve. I am wondering if anyone has any idea what this could mean in this context exactly as misdemeanor, light, and ordinary don´t really feel right. I was thinking that it could be slight (i.e. slight infraction), but thought I would see if anyone has any better idea or could confirm this. Thanks
