I cannot follow translators on proz

Hey! i've been trying to follow some translators/interpreters but I cannot, the button appears white. Can someone help me? I have the free version or Proz, i've been trying to find a solution but I cannot find it!

Proz has been plagued with bugs for a while. In my case, I don’t receive notifications of translation jobs. You should send a support ticket to Proz staff…

The button "Follow" is only a Plus member benefit.

Mousing over the button will show a restriction notification.
