2. Match the game's style and cultural/linguistic norms for natural, idiomatic translations.

3. Clarify requirements and deadlines, collaborate efficiently, and deliver on time with high quality.

Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in Chinese/English and target languages; accurate, natural translation with no ambiguity.

2. Game translation/localization experience preferred.

3. Familiar with the gaming industry, terminology, and player culture; able to grasp game plots, worldviews, and text context.

4. Strong writing and translation skills, detail-oriented, responsible, ensuring quality and consistency.

5. Flexible with work schedules; proficient in Word/Excel; familiarity with memoQ or similar tools preferred.
