Why do some topics appear with a blue highlight? (See below). This seems to be completely random. I can't find any logic to it.

The blue highlight means “off topic”, or “nothing to do with translation/translation business”.

It's up to TS whether the post is off-topic or regular Jul 15, 2023

When you post a new topic, you can check the box to reference your topic as an off-topic

Hence the difference.
