When you open the new profile in Owner's View, you'll see the link "Customize for non-English languages" in the Personalized section.
ADD:
Sorry, Williamson, I think I misunderstood your question: AFAIK, you can customize/localize only your own input. So, the answer to the actual question is unfortunately no.

What about rates? When I make rates visible, will the highest rate of a range between say 0.10-0.20 eurocents be shown?

Dear Williamson,
you may find the answer in the thread quoted in a recent posting, following a similar question by another colleague
See http://www.proz.com/post/369546#369546 for the exact links.
I would like to add a comment to your statement in the initial posting of this thread. The misunderstanding about rates may stem by the fact that you use the target rate as the highest possible rate in your range.

This is not as the target rate was intended. Just to clarify a bit, we currently have:
Minimum rate:
shown in the old profile, but not shown any more in the new profile.
The minimum rate should be intended as the absolute minimum, used to filter our unwelcome job postings, and we do not necessarily need to show it in the profile.
It could be intended as a 'personal' absolute threshold.
Target rate:
This is not the absolute maximum, but the middle point of the average rates we accept. This is worth showing, and it is the only one currently shown in the new profille.
In other words, the range of rates is not the "Minimum-Target" but somewhere around the "Target" rate.
Not only below it but also, when the service requested is not standard, a bit above, or a lot above it.
Keeping this in mind, displaying the target rate is useful and sufficient only as a ballpark figure. The actual rate may need to be increased or reduced for each specific project.
* * *
I must admit that I find the current rates structure not entirely satisfactory for my needs. To overcome some pitfalls, I have created a dedicated custom page in my profile (see the tab RATES), where the rates reflect more closely he reality.
There is not a single figure (or 'target'), but rather a different "range" for each different fields, and there are rates for other services (reviewing, etc.) and hourly rates.
Also, I find useful to have the rates listed in 4 currencies, for the customers' convenience, using the currencies in use by most of my current customers base.
bye
Gianfranco
