I need to translate a Framemaker mif-file, but since I am an absolute beginner in Wordfast (am working with the demo-version), I have no idea what to do. Do I have to convert Framemaker to Word first, or do I need Trados S-tagger? Please help!

Wordfast can handle DOC file, so tag your file using Tortoise Tagger + Frame Maker taglists, see

http://www.condak.net/lekce/ttagger/mt-cross/en/07.html,

but start at link here http://www.condak.net/lekce/ttagger/mt-cross/en/01.html.

A topic of presentation is "Web-translation with reference language", but it can help you to first infos.

Good luck and be careful on DOC files!

Milan
