Exporting dictionaries from Fusion into Multiterm

Can someone please tell me how to export a dictionary from Fusion and import it into Multiterm successfully? I have exported the dictionary and given it an .xml extension, but, whatever I try, it does not seem to be able to be imported into Multiterm, and the Multiterm Import Wizard does not make too much sense to me.
