I found in the upper left hand corner or the page the following Upgrades start at just 95 Dolars and New license just 895 Dollars
What does that mean? Does it mean that the ones who bought Trados before can pay 95 for SDL Trados 2006??! Does it mean the ones who have not bought Trados before can pay 895 for DSL Trados 2006?
I post this question here because when I contact the comapany it takes lots of time to reply and sometimes the reply is not specific to the questions because i tried it in the past.
What does that mean? Forgive me for my ignorance over this matter.

You are correct, if you already have a Trados licence the price you pay is much lower than if you are a first time buyer. Click "upgrade" to give the exact price for upgrades from different versions of Trados. There is currently a special offer and upgrade prices start at $81.

In many countries there are authorized resellers of Trados, and their prices are sometimes really very low. See http://www.proz.com/topic/44287
For example the current price of SDL Trados 2006 Freelance in Turkey is TRY 795 (VAT included) = USD 530

Hi there,
I checked pretty all of the authorized resellers, and I found that Bulgaria offers the cheapest Trados, at least to my knowledge. But: I wrote them, and unfortunately they are only authorized to sell Trados in the country, so I couldn't buy. Of course you can always ask someone to buy it there and then sell it to you or something like that...
