Apostrophes and Dashes Causing a Formatting Mismatch

When performing a fuzzy match, dashes and apostrophes are showing as 99% match (-1% formatting). I know there is a penalty for formatting. However, I don't think apostrophes and dashes should be considered as formatting differences.

When performing a fuzzy match, dashes and apostrophes are showing as 99% match (-1% formatting). I know there is a penalty for formatting. However, I don't think apostrophes and dashes should be considered as formatting differences.

I am aware that Word has "curly quotes" and standard. I also know that Trados should be smart enough to handle these; especially in the case of an apostrophe. With dashes, they seem to appear the same to me (I know there is a hyphen vs. a dash, and I've seen Trados say there's a formatting difference between two dashes).

Is there any other way for Trados to see these as 100% matches than to change the formatting penalty? I don't want to miss out on any other formatting issues if I set this down to 0.
