Please could anyone tell me which is the best app to transcribe Cd`s? thank you!!!

I don't know about apps, but if you have access to a computer, you can try these two programs:
http://www.freerip.com/ (to convert the CD to MP3)
http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html (to help transcribe the audio)

Yes it`s audio cds, lots of them
