Advice for small agency project order tracking (SaaS or App)?

Dear Prozians,
We are a small agency. We are growing. That's the good bit.
All the sudden, emailing and keeping track of our quotes, checking in accepted quotes, following projects sent to linguists, delivered, allowing clients to access the project follow up, preparing batches of project to invoice monthly becomes time consuming. Boring. Our system (a shared google spreadsheet) works, but it is all manual input, copy information over, etc...

There are hundreds of competing apps/SaaS out there that probably can help automatise and rationalise things, but they are usually an interconnected series of modules for CRM, project management, quoting and invoicing, etc. We are not at this point yet when we need to invest in a long learning curve.
Nothing I could see on the market seems to be there as a simple, short learning curve upgrade from the good old (but oh so pedestrian) spreadsheet.
Anyone knows of simple app/SaaS that could automatise - at least in part:
-quoting -emailing the quotes -have a link in the quote for a client"click here to accpet quote and go ahead with project" -alert when a project is accepted - have some dynamic capacity (e.g. quote was sent on day dd, alert us on day dd+7 if no action from client) - keep track of jobs accepted/allocated to linguist/delivered to us/delivered to client/ ready for invoicing
Any input or first hand experience from fellow agencies would be gladly welcome.
