Hi, I got the same message today. Please read my post on "Safe Computing" regarding this same sender. I also got a similar message from him in January. I think Scott's file installs a Trojan. My computer was infected with an unwanted search page, www.22find.com after I opened his file. My recommendation: Delete and ignore! Ana | | |

Looks most definitely like a scam. In my case it's the report "Egypt in Transition" from the US Congressional Research Service copied into Word. Link: http://fpc.state.gov/documents/organization/171381.pdf I had somthing very similar a few years back. I demanded to be paid up front and received a cheque of several 1000 pounds worth. Hi I got the same email last night, the one about "Egypt in Translation", this time to be translated into Spanish. Why do they want our personal details? I've asked for payment up front and they said yes. It all sounded dodgy so I decided to investigate and found this thread. He already got my name and phone number (not difficult, that's on my website), but now he also has my address and bank details (in the invoice I stupidly sent him be...
