Here I am, a techie with more than three decades standing. Started my career as a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

First 15 years of knowledge hogging came from many short deputations at various research institutes all over India testing and repairing super high technologies for various applications. Training engineers and scientists on operation and maintenance of technologies was also my responsibility. Then came the job of writing all kinds of technical manuals.

Freelancing last 17 years meant intruding into state-of-the art technologies from all over the world. Tell me any discipline (except aviation and chemicals), I should be able to bring a technical investigation report from my records. I am well known to working engineers of hundreds of India Inc as well as big names like IBM, Siemens, Wipro, HP, HCL, ATL, L&T, TI, Philips etc. They call me by my first name. Their VPs & GMs respect me for my competence.

The technologies that I have handled cover every field of science because I had to participate in their experimental set-ups either to train them on usage of those technologies or to do the technical investigation. Therefore I can edit research papers not only on Electronics, but also Electrical, Mechanical, etc. Rather I am familiar with all kinds of scientific terms used by scientists. As a knowledge worker keep reading science and technology three hours every day.

MBA in Finance augmented my thirst for perfection and doesn’t seem to end even after adding Six Sigma to my portfolio…. German language included ! They call me a Multispecialist.
