Voilà la description détaillée de ma rencontre avec l’Ayahuesca et les Shipibo. En guise d’introduction je vais parler un peu des événements qui se sont produits avant cette rencontre, mon oncle Manu était déjà parti au Pérou pour rencontrer Lauriano, un chaman descendant d’une lignée Shipibo, chaman de père en fils. En allant là-bas il m’avait déjà décrit son expérience mais je n’y avais pas prêté grande attention puisqu’il a démonisé l’esprit de la marijuana à son retour. Le temps passa et il dû retourner au Pérou suite à une lourde histoire que je ne citerais pas mais qui lui avait fait reprendre sa consommation de marijuana, pour soulager la douleur. Lorsqu’il revint au mois de Janvier, je revenais d’une soirée chez des amis où j’avais bien entendu fumer du cannabis, et là il me dit : « Mon petit neveu, tu vas devoir te faire sacrément nettoyer de l’esprit de la marijuana ! Je le sens, il est en toi. » à moi de répondre : « Mais le cannabis n’est pas fondamentalement mauvais ! ça dépend ce que tu en fait, comment tu l’utilise ! Cette plante a tellement de vertus je ne peux pas dire qu’elle soit négative à 100% ».
Je ne la savais pas encore, mais ce n’étais pas moi qui parlais à ce moment-là.
LA PREMIERE CEREMONIE
J’avais peur, une peur qui se baladait dans mes entrailles, irrationnel. Peut-être le fait d’avoir regardé des documentaires sur l’Ayahuesca la veille m’avait inquiété de voir ces âmes en peines vomissant dans l’obscurité et pourtant ce n’est qu’après les cérémonies que j’ai compris que cette peur ne m’appartenait pas. Nous étions tous assis en cercle dans le salon que nous avions aménagé pour l’événement avec des matelas et des coussins. Une fois en position et à la levée de la nuit, nous nous retrouvions tous illuminé par la seule flamme d’une bougie. Le chaman pris alors la parole et nous dit : « L’Ayahuesca est une plante à traiter avec respect et humilité, on ne la prend pas pour les illusions mais pour la guérison, les illusions ne sont pas importantes, c’est la guérison qui est importante, ouvrez votre cœur à l’Ayahuesca et demandez dans votre cœur sur quoi vous voulez guérir. Durant la cérémonie il faut rester concentré, lorsque que les chants commencent il faut être assis et non pas couché. Le premier chant est un chant de protection qui éloigne les mauvaises énergies, ça peut vous secouer il faut rester concentré ». Alors il commence son chant, comme un sifflement de serpent dans la bouteille qui contient le breuvage amère et acre, quand il eût terminé, mon oncle commença à distribuer dans un petit verre la boisson ocre, chacun boit dans le même verre, un par un dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Puis on éteint la bougie. On se retrouve dans le noir et dans le silence durant environ 30 à 40 minutes, il faut comprendre que le chaman attend le signal de départ de l’Ayahuesca. A partir de là je ne peux que vous révélez mon expérience et mes ressentis, pour ma part je n’ai pas ressenti grand-chose lors de la première cérémonie, mon mental était trop occupé à analyser ce qu’il se passait autour de moi pendant le chant Icaros, au bout d’un moment je pouvais comprendre quand un changement de rythme ou de tonalité ou bien encore un arrêt du chant faisait réagir un autre participant. Mon mental interférait beaucoup, il parlait, il parlait sans cesse, jusqu’à ce que l’esprit de l’Ayahuesca illumine mon esprit pour m’aider à voir clairement comment fonctionnait mon mental. Il faut comprendre que si je peux l’exprimer maintenant ce n’était pas du tout le cas sur le moment. En voyant mon esprit j’ai pris conscience que mon esprit est bien fait, lucide, précis, concis mais qu’est-ce qu’il est chiant ! Il m’emmerde ! Il croit tout savoir, un vrai monsieur je sais tout. J’ai pu réaliser cela car l’Ayahuesca me la « dit » en vérité elle me montrait qu’est-ce qui m’empêchais de me connecter à elle, ou ce qu’il l’empêchait de se connecter à Moi. Plusieurs fois pendant la cérémonie le chaman fait des pauses et ensuite reprend son chant, il commence alors à faire le tour des participants en chantant en face d’eux. Durant les pauses il demande comment nous allons, certain avais vomi dès le premier chant, pour ma part je me sentais bien et n’avais pas du tout envie de vomir, juste quelques montées nauséeuses quand j’entendais les autres remplir leurs bassines. Lorsque Lauriano vint en face de moi pour chanter il me demanda : « Est-ce que tu veux que je te libère de l’esprit de la marijuana ? » Je répondis – Oui.
Il chanta 3 fois, j’étais dans un état léthargique mais très conscient et je ne sentais pas grand-chose et ne savais pas quoi faire, penché en avant j’essayais de me laisser aller le plus possible mais en vérité mon mental interférais beaucoup trop. A la fin du deuxième chant il s’arrêta et me dit : « Tu es dur, tu te bats beaucoup ». Je ne savais pas quoi répondre je dis simplement que je ne savais pas et que je ne comprenais rien. Lors du 3e chant, il garda un chant rythmé et s’arrêta brusquement et il reprit un chant différent avec des notes plus soutenues presque comme des chants tibétains.
Alors une sensation intense et puissante se produisit, j’ai sentis toutes les molécules de mon corps se répandre autour de moi, j’étais sous forme de particules, ce sont les meilleurs mots que je peux utiliser. A la seconde ou cette sensation se fit ressentir il s’arrêta de chanter et il avait l’air satisfait.
La première cérémonie prit fin ici pour moi, bien que de mémoire il continua à chanter pour tous je n’ai pas retenu les autres sensations minimes que j’ai eu. Vers la fin j’eu deux flash phosphorescent, deux illusions furtives, l’une représentait un crâne tribal composé de croissant de lune et l’autre une créature sombre courbée recouverte de dents pointues d’un côté. Mais je n’y ai pas prêté attention, me rappelant que les illusions ne sont pas importantes.
La cérémonie finie, ils rallumaient la bougie et nous partagions tous notre ressenti des événements avant d’aller nous reposer pour le lendemain.
LA DEUXIEME CEREMONIE
Le lendemain pendant la journée, la réflexion est intense, ma conscience intègre tout ce que j’ai vécu la veille et durant la journée je prends un moment pour aller parler avec Lauriano et mon oncle. Je lui demande comment est-ce que je peux faire pour ouvrir mon cœur et me connecter à l’esprit de l’Ayahuesca, il me répondit : « Tu sais, prendre l’Ayahuesca ce n’est pas suffisant, tu dois faire ta part ». Je lui dis que je comprends et lui répond en plaisantant que je vais essayer d’ouvrir les portes de mon cœur avec une hache s’il le faut ! Je lui dis aussi que si hier l’esprit de la marijuana ne veux pas partir alors ce soir je souhaite travailler sur ma tristesse intérieure, il a l’air d’en prendre note. Je ne le réalise pas à ce moment mais cette demande est encore une tentative désespérée de l’esprit de la marijuana pour ne pas se faire nettoyer. La journée passe et de nouveau la peur reviens, je cherche même à aller au travail pour éviter de faire la cérémonie et heureusement il n’y en avait pas. Mon mental cherche toutes sortes de raison de ne pas reprendre la plante, je veux bien refaire la cérémonie mais juste avec les chants. Fort heureusement j’arrive à le dominer et décide immédiatement de m’isoler dans ma chambre pour faire une méditation du cœur avec des sons d’harmonisation en 432Hz. Avant la cérémonie je totalise 2h30 de médiation sur le cœur où je procède comme ceci : 1- Quand mon mental me dérange je lui donne une tâche à faire pour l’occuper, dans ce cas-là, un mantra Om mental, c’est plutôt efficace et ça me permet de me refocaliser sur le cœur. 2- Quand j’inspire je visualise de la lumière rentrer, quand j’expire je condense la lumière dans mon cœur. Jusqu’au coucher du soleil mon mental veux vraiment m’empêcher de refaire une cérémonie mais une heure avant quand mon oncle vient vers moi je lui dis que je suis tendu et il me dit de ne pas m’inquiété. D’une certaine manière cela me remet en confiance pour réaliser cette dernière étape. La deuxième cérémonie commence, comme la première, puis durant une heure et demie, je ne ressens rien. Ma seule préoccupation est pendant ce temps de continuer ma focalisation sur le cœur sans analyser ce qui se passe autour de moi, le mantra Om est très pratique pour ça. A la première pause mon oncle et le chaman parlent et disent qu’ils en ont bavé car la première personne à recevoir le traitement était sacrément prise par la marijuana, ils me disent qu’ils se sont fait attaqué violemment. Pour ce qui est du patient, il dort, le nettoyage ça fatigue ! Une inquiétude intérieure monte et je me demande si moi aussi je les ai attaqués et empêchés de travailler, mon oncle demande au chaman comment je vais et il répond simplement que je suis tranquille. Me voilà instantanément soulagé ! Je note tout de même qu’il a répondu à ma demande sans que je l’ai vraiment formulé. Les chants reprennent et là je commence à avoir des sensations, des fourmis dans le corps et des petits rires qui viennent tout seul. Encore une pause, ils rallument la lumière et mes sensations sont permanentes, le chaman me demande si je veux qu’il fasse baisser l’intensité de la plante. Je lui réponds que non, je me sens bien, j’ai simplement c’est fourmis et ces rires inexplicables. Les chants reprennent dans l’obscurité et là les sensations de fourmis ce font plus forte, je rigole de nouveau, mon oncle me dit tout bas : « Concentre-toi ». Immédiatement je réajuste ma position assise et mets mes mains en prière ou plutôt en mudra en face du cœur et j’utilise toute ma force et ma concentration pour être focaliser sur mon cœur, mes mains transpirent et l’Ayahuesca me fait danser par de petits mouvements circulaire quand tout d’un coup je réalise que les sensations que je ressens ont une direction, le centre de mon corps. Je mets alors toute ma force et mon cœur à aider ces sensations à atteindre leur cible, je ressens cela comme si je traversais des couches, comme les couches d’un oignon. Et soudain je ris, et pris conscience que se rire ne m’appartenais pas, ça me fait un peu peur mais je reprends le contrôle de mon mental et continuer de creuser au fond de moi-même, et maintenant je sens de la tristesse, un profond chagrin, et je me plonge dedans, je pleure en me crispant avec les jambes prises de secousses, mon oncle pause une main réconfortante sur mon épaule que je traduis automatiquement par « Soi fort » et je creuse et je creuse j’ai envie de vomir mais rien ne sors, je crache frustrer dans ma bassine puis les larmes s’arrêtent, je me mets à rire de bon cœur réalisant le travail en train de s’effectuer, les chants s’arrêtent et c’est de nouveau la pause. Ils rallument de nouveau la bougie, je dis au chaman : « Pfiou ! C’est profond un être humain ! » et il me répond avec le sourire : « Ah si, si ! ». Il me dit d’aller m’assoir entre ma mère et mon beau-père, dès que je m’approche j’ai de nouveau envie de vomir, je m’assois la lumière s’éteint et les chants recommencent, de nouveau je pleure, je ne suis plus qu’à 10 centimètre de mon plexus solaire en terme de sensation, mon mental c’est transformé en écran de cinéma et je peux voir projeté dessus, tout ce qu’il se passe à l’intérieure de mon être. J’ai pleinement conscience de ce que le chaman essaye d’effectuer et je le supplie de tout mon être d’ouvrir mon cœur et de creuser encore plus profondément, j’ai des mouvements automatiques qui tapent ma cage thoracique de la pointe des doigts comme si je voulais la percer et je fais mine de creuser plus en imaginant ma base sacrale. Durant tout le processus je répète un bon nombre de fois « Gracias » tout en pleurant. Je commence à me courber vers l’arrière toujours en position assise comme je sens que des filaments sont extrait de mon plexus solaire. Pause. Je me sens soulager, il me reste un seul minuscule point de douleur de la taille d’un atome, pas véritablement une douleur, plus une gêne. Il me demande d’aller m’allonger et de me reposer. Je me dis que j’ai enfin réussi à atteindre le centre et là une conscience me dit : « Non, ce n’est que le début ». Allonger mon oncle répands de l’élixirs floral sur tout mon corps puis les chants reprennent. Alors la descente dans mon être prend une nouvelle direction et un nouveau mouvement, en siphon de mon plexus solaire jusqu’à la base de la colonne vertébrale. Sur l’écran de cinéma de mon mental je peux voire chaque couche traversée, elle possède toutes des parois avec des géométries et des couleurs différentes que j’aperçois comme un daltonien. A la moitié de la descente une vision clair de mon abdomen en transparence me fais voir mes intestins rempli, parasités, par un millepatte dégoutant. C’est alors que j’ai compris ce qu’il était, l’esprit parasite de la marijuana. J’ai pris conscience que les émotions que je ne reconnaissais pas dans les couches supérieures c’était cette chose dégoutante qui me faisait croire que ça m’appartenais. En enlevant des mètres du millepatte de mes entrailles, la descente devient plus aisée, jusqu’à atteindre la fin du siphon qui avait une forme de goutte et dans le creux de la goutte, il y avait un joyau ou une lumière. A cette découverte une vision forte, un fond rouge avec mon cœur et des mains qui le rejoigne en spirale. Mon cœur s’ouvre. J’ai de nouveau pensé : « Est-ce que j’ai atteint le fond de l’être humain ? » et de nouveau une conscience me dit : « Non, tu peux encore creuser ». Je réalise alors que c’est l’esprit de l’Ayahuesca. Ma conscience zoom alors sur ce joyau dont les couches s’enlèvent de nouveau, une fois il est sphérique, une fois il possède des formes de géométrie sacrée, elle se succèdent pendant un moment et soudain, le néant. Ma vision reprend dans un corps de lumière et je le sens entravé, j’ouvre les yeux de ce corps et je vois un énorme millepatte qui m’entrave avec ses pattes acérées. J’utilise alors toute ma force, toute ma conscience, tout mon cœur pour l’arracher de moi, je le pousse de toute mes forces, il se débat mais fini par lâcher prise, lorsque la moitié de son corps cède j’entrevois sa tête avec des antennes et au bout des yeux humains, je suis révulsé. Une sensation physique monte le long de ma colonne vertébrale et jaillis par ma tête. Je fais ma première expérience d’ouverture de la Kundalini. Soudain je suis connecté à tout, et je me retrouve dans un monde où beaucoup d’êtres m’attendent, ils dansent et ils sont heureux que je l’ai est retrouvé, je suis dans le berceau de l’humanité, je me sens comme à la maison.
LA COMMUNICATION
Ils rallument la bougie, je ne bouge pas de ma position, je suis trop occupé à découvrir la télépathie du cœur, je me vois enfant accompagné d’un bébé serpent, tout est illustré en peinture mouvante dans mon esprit. En comprenant tout ce que je viens de vivre je ris de joie à chaque illumination et le serpent rit avec moi, il me guide dans mon cœur et m’apprend comment l’utiliser.
Il est 3h du matin, la bougie est allumée et les autres participants sont en train de partager leurs expériences, pour ma part je reste encore allongé et parfois je réponds à une question mais je n’en ai pas de souvenir, trop occupé à discuter avec l’esprit de l’ayahuesca et à comprendre comment ce monde fonctionne. Je demande à l’Ayahuesca : « Si nous sommes des êtres de lumière d’amour rempli de joie, pourquoi le monde physique dans lequel on vit ne reflète pas ce que nous sommes ? ». Elle me répondra en me projetant dans un bus, je me tiens au milieu avec d’autres humains assis et pendant une fraction de seconde leurs visages se changent en démons et créatures avant de reprendre apparence humaine. Elle me fait clairement comprendre dans mon cœur que nous jouons au jeu des possédés et que tout va bien puisque ce n’est qu’un jeu, le but est de se libéré et de se rappeler ce que nous sommes réellement. Je lui dis alors en rigolant : « Si ça se sont les humains de tous les jours alors à quoi ressemble la sphère politique ! ». Elle rit et me dit : « Tu veux voir ? » et me montra un cercle de personnalité politique encore plus laid que les humains dans le bus. Elle me montra alors mon véritable être et où j’en étais après avoir réalisé tout ce travail, je me vis de profil portant des vêtements traditionnels, lumineux avec un tout petit millepatte qui sortais de mon plexus solaire. Elle me fit comprendre que la purge n’était pas terminée. Elle me montra aussi une image en 5 dimension (je ne sais pas si le terme est exact) de la totalité des couches de mon être et du millepatte qui les traversaient. Je pris alors conscience que l’esprit de la marijuana avais accès à mon énergie divine à ma place et la parasitais, à chaque fois que j’avais utilisé le cannabis pour soulager mes problèmes elle me trahissait en me faisant croire qu’elle m’aidait, qu’elle me guérissait, certains rires et mon chagrin n’étais pas de moi, mon n’être n’est qu’amour et joie, aujourd’hui je l’ai pleinement réalisé et non uniquement mentalement mais avec le cœur.
Jusqu’à 6h30 du matin je n’arrive pas à dormir, mon cœur communique activement, je tourne en rond dans mon lit et fini par me lever pour aller dehors fumer une cigarette, les pieds dans la rosée, je me sens comme un nouveau née. Je digère doucement mon extase totale et retourne me coucher, je m’assoie sur mon lit et observe ma chambre et les objets qui s’y trouve, je réalise alors qu’une peinture faite 2 ans auparavant représente parfaitement le millepatte avec lequel je me suis battu. Mon mental prend conscience de la véritable force du cœur et désormais lui cède la place plus souvent. Je me sens capable d’influencer la matière après cette expérience quantique mais décide sagement de me coucher au lieu de tenter le diable. Je dors jusqu’à midi.
J’ai remercié Lauriano toute la journée, je raconte mon expérience, et je vois mon histoire influencer inconsciemment les personnes autour de moi. On m’appel pour du travail, ah oui, je travaille dans le cannabis légal à Genève. Je vais vers Lauriano et je lui dis que maintenant je dois partir travailler et que cela va être difficile. Il me dit que oui et que je dois m’éloigner de ça ou alors tous mes efforts n’auront servi à rien. Je lui dis alors que ça sera mon dernier jour de travail.
Pendant mes dernières heures de travail l’odeur du cannabis me donne envie de vomir, mon estomac se contracte et l’odeur me fait mal à la tête, désormais je comprends comment cet esprit fonctionne.
« Une vieille légende hindoue raconte qu'il y eut un temps où tous les hommes étaient des dieux. Mais ils abusèrent tellement de leur divinité que Brahma, le maître des dieux, décida de leur ôter le pouvoir divin et de le cacher à un endroit où il leur serait impossible de le retrouver. Le grand problème fut donc de lui trouver une cachette.
Lorsque les dieux mineurs furent convoqués à un conseil pour résoudre ce problème, ils proposèrent ceci :
— Enterrons la divinité de l'homme dans la terre.
Mais Brahma répondit :
— Non, cela ne suffit pas, car l'homme creusera et la trouvera.
Alors les dieux répliquèrent :
— Dans ce cas, jetons la divinité dans le plus profond des océans.
Mais Brahma répondit à nouveau :
— Non, car tôt ou tard, l'homme explorera les profondeurs de tous les océans, et il est certain qu'un jour, il la trouvera et la remontera à la surface.
Alors les dieux mineurs conclurent :
— Nous ne savons pas où la cacher car il ne semble pas exister sur terre ou dans la mer d'endroit que l'homme ne puisse atteindre un jour.
Alors Brahma dit :
— Voici ce que nous ferons de la divinité de l'homme : nous la cacherons au plus profond de lui-même, car c'est le seul endroit où il ne pensera jamais à chercher.
Depuis ce temps-là, conclut la légende, l'homme a fait le tour de la terre, il a exploré, escaladé, plongé et creusé, à la recherche de quelque chose qui se trouve en lui. »

THE FIRST CEREMONY

We were all sitting in a circle in the lounge we had arranged for the event with mattresses and cushions. Once in the position and at the end of the night, we all found ourselves illuminated by the only flame of a candle. From there I can only reveal my experience and my feelings, for my part I did not feel much during the first ceremony, my mind was too busy analyzing what was going on around me During the Icaros singing, after a while I could understand when a change of rhythm or tone or even a hold of the singer made another participant react. My mind interfered a lot, he spoke, he spoke incessantly, until the spirit of the Ayahuesca illuminated my mind to help me see clearly how my mind was made. He sang three times, I was in a lethargic state but very conscious and I did not feel much and did not knew what to do, leaned forward I tried to let myself go as much as possible but in truth my mind interfered a lot too much. At the end of the second song he stopped and said, "You're hard, you're fighting hard." I did not know what to say, I just replied I did not know and did not understand what was happening. In the third song, he kept a rhythmic song and stopped abruptly and he resumed a different tone with more sustained notes almost like Tibetan mantra.
Then an intense and powerful sensation occurred, I felt all the molecules of my body spread around me, I was in the form of particles, these are the best words I can use. At the second that sensation was felt he stopped singing and he looked satisfied.
The first ceremony ended here for me, although from memory he continued to sing but I did not retain the other minimal sensations I had. Toward the end I had two phosphorescent flashes, two furtive illusions, one representing a tribal skull composed of crescent moon and the other a dark creature curved covered with pointed teeth on one side. But I did not pay attention, remembering that illusions are not important.
The ceremony ended, they rekindled the candle and we all shared our feelings of events before going to rest for the next day.
THE SECOND CEREMONY
The next day during the daylight, the reflection is intense, my conscience integrates everything I experienced the day before and during the day I take a moment to talk with Lauriano and my uncle. I ask him what can I do to open my heart and connect to the spirit of the Ayahuesca, he replied: "You know, taking the Ayahuesca is not enough, you have to do your part ".
