English term

boosting competitiveness / going global

English to Latin Bus/Financial Marketing / Market Research Company Slogan
A company has asked me to translate their motto, which is the phrase listed above. This is the information they provided:

The slogan will be used in/for a management meeting. The meeting will be organized by GEA Westfalia Separator. Our slogan will be the used as characteristic mark or theme (probably bilingual) for all actions during this meeting of employees (of this company) from all over the world. There will be discussions, dissertations and workshops...
-----
Gramatically, this English slogan uses the present active participle to give dynamism and excitement to what is being represented, like there is action, something happening. This type of construction is not very common in Latin, so it seems other alternatives need to be used to get across this same dynamic meaning.

Here are some options I thought of; for each one a literal translation is included.

Ad maiorem certationem, ad maiorem universitatem/universum (literally: to greater competition, to greater universality/totality) – the “ad” in Latin contributes to the dynamic sense of the phrase

Aumentatio certationis – visio universalis (literally: increase of competition, universal vision) – the word “global” doesn’t really exist in Latin (world not viewed as a globe till Copernicus), so the closest thing is universal.

Please, this is a company/event slogan in modern day Europe, so DON'T PROVIDE A LITERAL TRANSLATION, but one geared to the situation. The more creative options the better. Thank you.

ad certandum maius/ad orbem (terrarum) peregrinandum

Or perhaps 'ad certatim certare' for the former.

Certaminis generates genius. Non sibi sed toti/tibi.

I have found this interesting passage and liked it,
Certaminis generates genius:
Competition produces talent.

gaudemus igitur gaudet tentamine virtus gaudium certaminis generates genius loci gens ... Domine gloria virtutis umbra gradatim gradatim vincimus gradus ad ...

Motto:
Non sibi sed toti- Not for oneself but for all.

My creation:
Non sibi sed tibi:Not for me but for you.

Not exactly what you asked for, but this is my contribution.
