I do and have no problem. I don't remember how I installed it, it has been some time, but the option is there somewhere in your account.

You are not paying again. If you go to the Licensing Page and click to select your current license, "Get Activation Key" suddenly appears at the bottom. Click on it and they usually give you a new one. This has confused me a few times.
