This makes sense, since evolution designed us as barefoot walking organisms. Yet our early ancestors inhabited only part of the planet, and definitely no urban landscape. Interesting hought...

Hi all,
growing up in Africa, we were always barefoot except when we had to wear shoes for school. I have lived in France for 10 years now, and although I don't go barefoot in the streets (it is frowned upon) I never wear shoes or slippers at home. I have never had to see a doctor since I have lived over here. It is a known fact that foot massage has relieved people of many ailments and walking barefoot cannot cause any harm, quite the contrary. (unless you walk on a piece of glass hehehehe)

Here is another tip from the Podiatrist:
"NEVER GO BAREFOOT OR WEAR SHOES WITHOUT SOCKS. SOCKS AND SHOES PROTECT YOUR FEET FROM INJURY." :D
