I just use One Drive as cloud storage.<br />A Q&D fix is to rename folders that you want One Drive to leave alone. It will lose the path.<br />As to Memoq - you need to assign Memoq to look for your projects elsewhere (in other folders). I am in my account via Trados itself but that does not help me because my license and download page shows incorrectly that my 2nd license is not available and there is no activation code and there is no possibility (because RWS refuses my login) to get an offline code.<br />Before reinstalling Trados because it gave a fatal error all the time with none of the fixes working, I had to deactivate this 2nd license. I believe this is because I quickly turned off syncing when I noticed, but when I try to move a project that is stored in "Documents" not within OneDrive, memoQ says "memoQ cannot open this project because the files no longer exist in their original location."..... It can - and often does - take days, weeks or even months to get any response from staff. I've had a serious bug report sitting in the queue for around 7 or 8 years, with zero action taken.<br /><br />I, for one, have given up using the support system. So you may add information about this job to your résumé, but make your description of it as vague as possible. Being voluntarily and pro bono, I think that what I gain is experience - not expecting to get credits for it.
