1. Переробка: всі відходи, цінні тим, що можуть бути повторно використані, повинні піддаватись переробці. Всі люмінесцентні та газорозрядні лампи високої інтенсивності, а також терморегулятори із вмістом ртуті необхідно забирати з місця проведення робіт та піддавати переробці. Необхідно забезпечити їх своєчасну доставку в утилізаційні установки з метою попередження можливого зараження вторинною сировиною.
2. Утилізація: матеріали, що не підлягають практичному використанню і є економічно неефективними, підлягають утилізації на сміттєзвалищах або в сміттєспалювальних установках. Герметично-закріплююче покриття на бетонній основі. В якості рідкої герметично-закріплюючої складової використовується магнезіальний флюат, який при реакції з водою герметизує та закріплює поверхню бетону. Заборонено використовувати для зовнішніх бетонних покриттів, що піддаються впливу низьких температурних режимів. Суміш не впливає на адгезійні властивості цементної фарби та інших матеріалів, що додаються в бетон. Перед додаванням герметичного закріплювача для відповідних ділянок необхідно забезпечити вологе середовище протягом не менше 30-ти днів. Додавати герметичний закріплювач можна для бетонних основ внутрішніх підлог, а не для підлогового покриття, дотримуючись рекомендацій заводу-виробника. Необхідно герметизувати та скріпити місця з’єднання, в які додаються речовини для герметизації швів, у відповідності до рекомендацій заводу-виробника цих речовин. Source text - Russian Диагноз: Порок развития головного мозга – фокальная корковая дисплазия (гетеротопия серого вещества правой гемисферы мозга), структурная эпилепсия, резистентные к противосудорожной терапии фокальные припадки, левосторонний гемипарез, синдром задержки развития.
Жалобы: на припадки, задержку развития, ограничение движений в левой руке, ноге.
Anamnes morbid et vitae:от 1-й благополучий беременности; роды в срок, самостоятельные; вес 3500, рост 54 см, оценка по шкале Апгар 8-9 б.; домой выписан на 3-и сутки.
С 7-го дня жизни припадки с участием левой половины тела. В лечении фенобарбитал. Принимал в течении 1 недели, припадки сохранялись.
МРТ головного мозга 09.12.2017 –патология не выявлена.
В лечение введен депакин (препарат группы вальпроата натрия), припадки сохранялись, носили характер очаговых.
МРТ головного мозга (1,5 Tl) 15.02.2017 – признаки аномалии развития мозговой коры правой заднелобно-теменной области, как следствие нарушения миграции и дифференциации (фокальная корковая дисгенизия, пахигирия, гетеротопия).
МРТ головного мозга (3,0 Tl) 15.02.2017 – признаки гетеротопии серого вещества правой гемисферы мозга, признаки фокальной корковой дисплазии в ядерном центре слева.
С 2-х месяцев появились припадки по-типу сгибательных спазмов. В лечении сабрил (вигабатрин) в комбинации с депакином (группа вальпроата натрия).
ЭЭГ 10.02.2017 (2 мес) – ЭЭГ иктальная редких кластеров ассиметричных инфантильных спазмов без паттерна гипсаритмии носного сна.
Translation - English Diagnosis: paracephalia – focal cortical dysplasia (grey matter heterotopy of the right cerebral hepisphere), structural epilepsy, focal seizures resistant to an anticonvulsant therapy, left side hemiparesis, developmental delay syndrome.
Complaints: seizures, developmental delay, restricted movements of the left hand and leg.
Anamnes morbid et vitae: the 1st successful timely delivery; the child’s weight and growth were 3,500.00 kg and 54.00 cm, 8-9 according to the Apgar score; discharged from hospital on the third day after birth.
Seizures have been observed since the 7th day after the child’s birth affecting his left side of the body. Phenobarbital was taken for a week, but the seizures reoccurred.
Brain MRI as of 09.12.2017 – no pathology was revealed.
Depakine (valproate sodium) was added to treatment, but the focal seizure recurrence was observed.
Brain MRI (1.5 Tl) as of 15.02.2017 revealed the symptoms of the cerebral cortex abnormal development in the right postfrontal parietal lobe having been caused by the migration and differentiation malfunctions (focal cortical dysplasia, pachygyria and heterotopy).
Brain MRI (3.0 Tl) as of 15.02.2017 showed the symptoms of the grey matter heterotopy in the right cerebral hemisphere, focal cortical dysplasia in the left nuclear site.
Seizures of a flexural spasm type have occurred since the age of 2 months. Sabril (Vigabatrin) combined with Depakine (valproate sodium) were applied in the course of treatment.
EEG as of 10.02.2017 (2 months) -ictal EEG was applied to evaluate infrequent clusters of asymmetric infantile spasms with no pattern of nasal breathing sleep hypsarrhythmia.

Andrássy Street is crossed by the Broadway of Budapest, Nagymezo Street. This social hot spot is host to numerous outdoor cafes and bars that spill on to the pavement in the height of hot summer.

Source text - Ukrainian zНещодавно я почув негативний відгук про свою освіту від людей, що працюють в сфері освіти і є прихильниками двомовної системи навчання – останнього чудового нововведення для підвищення рівня освіти. Вони вважають соромом і неприпустимим явищем той факт, що мої перші вчителі з перших днів навчання не спонукали мене до використання іспанської, рідної для моєї сім’ї мови.
Педагоги, які говорять такі речі, не розуміють ні специфіку спілкування учнів у класі, ні те, з якою дилемою я зіштовхнувся, коли почав своє навчання. Будучи соціально незахищеною дитиною, мені було просто необхідно знати, що розмовляти державною мовою – це мій обов’язок і моє право. До майже семи років я чув виключно рідну іспанську мову, що надавало мені, з одного боку, відчуття певної безпеки, проте, з іншого - заставляло почувати себе чужинцем серед людей. В школі мене спочатку лякала мова «грінго». Розгублений та зніяковілий я мовчки чекав на дзвінок, щоб чим швидше піти додому, не вірячи в те, що матиму справу з англійською. Вчитель католицької школи, яку я відвідував, викрикувала моє ім’я на англійський манер, вимовляючи «Річард Родрігес» на кшталт «Річ-герд Роуд-рі-гес», при цьому акцентуючи своєю англійською, що мені притаманні риси національної приналежності. Я їй не вірив і не хотів відповідати.
З часом вчителі зробили для себе висновок, що моя мовчазність викликана низькою успішністю мого старшого брата та сестри. Нас трьох направили на щоденні заняття. Я вважався учнем, якому важко давалось навчання і який потребував особливої уваги протягом півтора року. Вчителям необхідно було боротись із моєю розсіяністю і утримувати мою увагу в класі, час від часу викрикуючи: «Річард!». Але найбільше мені необхідно було чути, що мої батьки розмовляють англійською вдома, так як їх спонукали до цього вчителі.
Translation - English Recently I have heard a negative feedback about my education from people related to the sphere of education and being proponents of bilingual schooling, the last remarkable innovation introduced for improving the level of education. They thought that fact that my first teachers had never encouraged me to speak Spanish, the native language of my family from the very first days of my studies was shameful and inexucable.
Educators telling me this, however, are aware of neither the nature of classroom language, nor the kind of dilemma I was facing with when Iba started my schooling. Being a socially disadvantaged child, I desperately needed to know that speaking the state language was my obligation and my right. Until I was nearly seven years old, I had been almost always surrounded by the sounds of my native Spanish, which assured the feeling of safety on the one hand but made me feel like a stranger in public on the other hand. At school, I was initially terrified by the language of gringos. Lost and embarrassed I was silently waiting for the bell to ring in order to go home as soon as possible hardly believing that I had to deal with English. The teacher at the Catholic school I was attending used to call out my name Richard Rodriquez anglicising it as “Rich-heard Road-ree-guess” and making emphasis on my national identity. But I didn’t believe her and wouldn’t respond.
Eventually the teachers drew a conclusion that my silence was caused by the poor academic progress of my older brother and sister. All three of us were sent to attend daily tutoring sessions. I was considered to be a "slow learner" who needed a year and a half of special attention. The teachers had to overcome my absent-mindedness by calling out, "Richard!" to hold my attention in the class. But most of all I needed hearing my parents speak English at home - as my teachers had urged them to do.

Гнійно-запальні захворювання залишаються нагальною проблемою в щелепно-лицевій хірургії. Так, за сучасними даними, одонтогенні флегмони складають близько 30-40% захворювань у щелепно-лицевій хірургії, що дозволяє віднести дану патологію не тільки до медичної, а й до важливої соціальної проблеми [1 – 3]. Клінічний перебіг флегмон щелепно-лицевої ділянки (ЩЛД) у 65% випадків не відповідає топічній діагностиці, локальним проявам, що створює труднощі у своєчасній і вірній діагностиці, проведенні відповідного лікування [4]. Збільшується кількість хворих із стертою клінічною картиною, млявим перебігом, на тлі яких діагностика ускладнень запальних процесів, які виникають від флегмон (медіастеніт, внутрішньомозкові ускладнення, сепсис, тромбоз лицевих вен, печеристої пазухи) стає важким завданням [5, 6].
Translation - English Pyoinflammatory pathological states have been the topical issue in the maxillofacial surgery. Thus, according to the latest data odontogenic phlegmons cause 30-40% of all maxillofacial diseases which allows for regarding this pathology not only as a medical but also as an important social problem [1-3]. In 65% of all cases the clinical pattern of the maxillofacial phlegmons is inconsistent with the topical diagnostics or the relevant local manifestations making it difficult to provide early and precise diagnostics as well as the required care delivery [4]. The quantity of patients with the vague clinical pattern and inert course of disease have been increasing making the diagnostics of inflammatory complications coursed by phlegmons (mediastinitis, intracerebral complications, sepsis, facial vein and cavernous sinus thrombosis) more challenging [5,6].
