Unable to use Print/View feature

I finished a document and when I want to Print &View as target, an error message saying the feature is currently not enabled pops up.

The message says "The action with ID 'EditorView.FileMenu.ExternalPreviewTypesMenu_ExternalDocxPreview_subMenuPreviewTarget' is currently not enabled".

Any idea on how to fix it?
