My professional background is primarily in the technical and commercial fields. During my career I had the opportunity to translate texts of all kinds in the above mentioned fields. Furthermore, I have also been able to translate presentations and speeches simultaneously or consecutively. This was mainly done in both directions: German-Spanish, Spanish-German. I have also done this in Italian and Portuguese.
After finishing my professional career in a large German company in the automotive sector and due to my preference for Romance languages, I wanted to complete my practical knowledge by studying at the distance learning university AKAD in Stuttgart. Here I successfully completed the course "state-certified translator" for Spanish. Afterwards, I successfully passed the oral and written examination at the Regierungspräsidium in Karlsruhe.
I can benefit from my many years of experience in the terminology of the above-mentioned languages and my technical knowledge as a mechanical engineer for potential translation assignments and thus offer solid and professional translations.
