Source text - English What is a Cookie and what is its purpose?
When consulting the Company X Platform, information relating to the navigation of your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) on the Company X Platform may be recorded in text files called "Cookies" and installed on your browser.
A Cookie contains several data, in particular the domain name of the server that deposited it; its name; a value that generally serves as an identifier; and possibly an expiration date.

Source text - Swedish §4 Fastighetens skick
Fastigheten överlåts i det skick den är på kontraktsdagen om inte annat överenskommits.
Köparen har ingående undersökt fastigheten, byggnaderna och tillbehör och förklarar sig godtaga fastighetens och byggnadernas skick och med bindande verkan avstå från alla anspråk mot säljaren på grund av fel eller brister i fastigheten och byggnaderna. Köparen är införstådd med, att ovanstående villkor är en s.k. friskrivning från säljarens ansvar som avses i Jordabalken 4 kap 19 § avseende s.k. "dolda fel".
§5 Ansvar för skada
Skadas eller försämras fastigheten mellan kontraktsdagen och tillträdesdagen ansvarar
säljaren för skadan eller försämringen om den beror på säljarens vanvård, på att säljaren orsakar denna eller om den beror på olyckshändelse som ingen av parterna kunnat råda över. Köparen får dock räkna med normal förslitning.
Ansvaret övergår på köparen från och med den avtalade tillträdesdagen, även om köparen vid den tidpunkten på grund av köparens dröjsmål inte tillträder fastigheten.
Säljaren garanterar att fastigheten fram till tillträdesdagen är fullvärdesförsäkrad.

Het registergoed wordt overgedragen in de staat waarin het zich op de contractdatum bevindt, tenzij anders overeengekomen.
De koper heeft het registergoed, de gebouwen en wat erbij hoort grondig onderzocht en verklaart de staat van het registergoed en de gebouwen te aanvaarden en is gebonden zich te onthouden van iedere vordering jegens de verkoper op grond van fouten of gebreken in het registergoed en de gebouwen. De koper begrijpt dat bovenstaande voorwaarden een zogenaamde vrijwaring betekenen van de aansprakelijkheid van de verkoper als genoemd in het wetboek (van grondbezit) in hoofdstuk 4, §19 met betrekking tot zogenaamde "verborgen gebreken".
§5 Aansprakelijkheid voor schade
Wordt het registergoed beschadigd of verslechtert het registergoed tussen de contractdatum en de overdrachtsdatum, dan is de verkoper verantwoordelijk voor de schade of verslechtering als deze het gevolg is van nalatigheid van de verkoper, als de verkoper dit veroorzaakt heeft of als deze het gevolg is van een ongeluk waar geen van beide partijen de controle over had. De koper mag echter normale slijtage verwachten.
De aansprakelijkheid gaat over op de koper vanaf de overeengekomen overdrachtsdatum, zelfs indien de koper op dat moment het registergoed niet betrekt vanwege vertraging van de zijde van de koper.
De verkoper garandeert dat het registergoed volledig verzekerd is tot de overdrachtsdatum.

Although my
education has always had a focus on scientific and technical subjects, I also
always have had an affinity with language. Therefore, I attended a gymnasium
where besides mathematics, physics and chemistry we were taught Latin and Greek
as well as the modern languages English, German and French (and my native
language Dutch).
At the
university I studied astronomy which is a very international study with many classes
and books in English, while we were taught by English-speaking professors from
all over the world.
Twice during
my student time, I worked for several months in the USA at a summer camp,
practicing the English language (besides doing my work).
During my
years of working for the major IT company Capgemini I regularly had projects in
other countries such as Belgium, Rumania, Norway, Austria and last but not
least England and Wales.
From 2007
till 2014 I lived and worked in Sweden. I worked for an IT-company where
everybody spoke Swedish (not English), so I quickly learned to speak the
language.
On holidays
I have always travelled abroad, often to English speaking countries like USA
and Canada.
Last but
not least, I have stayed in Kenya twice for the adoption of our 2 wonderful
kids. Both times we lived there for more than 7 months and as you probably
know, English is the main language of Kenya.
As you can see,
I have had a lot of experience with the English and Swedish language in my life.
I am more experienced in IT-related matters, but was always trained to be very
correct in language. This is not something I have to think about, but it comes
to me naturally. Needless to say, this applies to my native language, Dutch, as
well (probably even more).
I hope that
I have been able to explain why I am good in what I do and why.
