Source text - German In den letzten Jahren hat die Coronapandemie auch der Bereich der betrieblichen Bildung in Sachen Digitalisierung stark vorangetrieben, sodass auch gamifiziertes Lernen als eine der Möglichkeiten genutzt wurde, um die Weiterbildung interaktiv und motivierend zu gestalten. Die Einführung von Gamification im Kontext der betrieblichen Bildung birgt jedoch oft viele Herausforderungen und erfordert eine gründliche Auseinandersetzung mit den Lehrprinzipien von Gamification und den unternehmensinternen Prozessen. In dieser Masterarbeit wird aufgezeigt, wie Gamification in der Firmengruppe FIRMA eingesetzt werden kann. In einem konzeptionell-theoretischen Ansatz, der die theoretischen Grundlagen, den aktuellen Forschungsstand und die im Rahmen dieser Arbeit durchgeführten empirischen Forschungsergebnisse (Experteninterviews und Onlinebefragungen) einbezieht, werden vier Empfehlungen zur Umsetzung von Gamification formuliert. Die herausgearbeitete Implementierungsvorschläge von Gamification zeigen den E-Learning-Autoren bei FIRMA, wie sie vorhandene Tools für unternehmensrelevante Themen nutzen können. Aufgrund der vielfältigen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten dienen die Implementierungsvorschläge Anregungen für FIRMA, Gamification zur Planung und Erstellung weiterer digitaler Schulungen einzusetzen.
Translation - English In recent years, the coronavirus pandemic has also given a major boost to the field of workplace learning in terms of digitalisation, so gamified learning is also being used as one way to make continuing education interactive and motivating. However, the implementation of gamification in the context of corporate training is often fraught with many challenges and requires a thorough examination of the gamification learning principles and internal company processes. This master’s thesis shows how gamification can be used in the COMPANY Group of companies. A conceptual-theoretical approach incorporating theoretical foundations, the current state of research, and the results of empirical research carried out in the context of this paper (expert interviews and online surveys) formulates four recommendations for the implementation of gamification. The elaborated implementation suggestions of gamification show the e-learning authors at COMPANY how they can use existing tools for company-relevant topics. Due to the diverse design possibilities, the implementation proposals serve as suggestions for COMPANY to use gamification for planning and creating further digital training courses.

Source text - Russian Все изученные больные отвечали критериям шизофрении Международной Классификации Болезней 10-ого пересмотра, а именно параметрам диагностических рубрик “Шизофрения параноидная, непрерывный тип течения” (F20.00) (в первой группе 28,1%, во второй – 34,8%), “Шизофрения параноидная, эпизодический тип течения с нарастающим и со стабильным дефектом” (F20.01 и F20.02) (в группе I 46,9%, в группе II 50%), а также “Шизофрения приступообразная, шизоаффективный вариант, депрессивный тип” (F25.11) (15,6% в первой группе, 8,7% во второй), “Шизофрения приступообразная, шизоаффективный вариант, смешанный (биполярный) аффективный тип” (F25.21) (9,4% в группе I, 6,5% в группе II).
Более чем в 2/3 наблюдений первой группы диагноз шизофрении устанавливался впервые в ходе экспертного освидетельствования, при котором больные были отобраны для настоящего исследования. Немногим больше 1/4 во второй группе составили случаи с первичной диагностикой заболевания при госпитализации в период отбора материала для настоящей работы.
Целесообразно широкое распространения сведений литературы об агрессии на ранних стадиях шизофрении, о психогенных наслоениях, “маскирующих” полную клиническую картину заболевания, среди практикующих врачей, особенно диспансерного звена.
Учитывая значимость позиции близких больных женщин, проявляющих агрессию к членам своих семей, крайне важно повысить уровень информационно-просветительской и психокоррекционной работы с ними
Translation - English All of the patients studied met the criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases Version 10. More particularly, the parameters of diagnostic classifications for “Schizophrenia paranoid with the continuous course” (F20.00) were met by 28.1% in the first group and 34.8% in the second group, “Paranoid schizophrenia with the episodic course and progressive deficit, and stable deficit” (F20.01 and F20.02) were met by 46.9% in group I and 50% in group II. In addition, “Schizoaffective disorder, depressive type” (F25.11) was diagnosed in 15.6% of group I and 8.7% of group II, while “Schizoaffective disorder, mixed (bipolar) type” (F25.21) was diagnosed in 9.4% of group I and 6.5% of group II.
In more than two-thirds of observations in the first group, the diagnosis of schizophrenia was established for the first time during the expert examination, in which the patients were selected for this research. Slightly more than a quarter of the cases in the second group had a primary diagnosis of the disease at the time of hospitalization during the selection of materials for this work.

It is advisable to widely disseminate literature on aggression in the early stages of schizophrenia and on the psychogenic symptoms that “mask” the full clinical picture of the disease among practicing physicians, especially at the outpatient level.
