الوقائع
1. بموجب عقد زواج رسمي مؤرخ 27/11/2014 تزوج المستأنف ضده من المستأنفة والمصدق لدى محكمة دبي برقم 2052/ ذ.م/ 2014 ودخل بها وعاشرها معاشرة الأزواج.
2. قامت المستأنفة بتأثيث الشقة كاملة من مالها الخاص ولم يشترك معها المستأنف ضده بتأثيث الشقة ولم يقوم برد قيمة الأثاث لها.
3. فؤجئت المستأنفة بعد زواجها من المستأنف ضده بعدم رغبته بالإنجاب منها ودائم هجرها ثم فؤجئت بأن والدته وابنته من زواجه السابق يقيمان معها بذات الشقة ) .مسكن الزوجية)
4. ولما أن المستأنف ضده كان يسئ معاملة المستأنفة بالسب والتهديد الدائم وإهمالها وتركها بمسكن الزوجية بمفردها بشكل دائم.
5. بتاريخ 27/5/2016 قام المستأنف ضده بطرد المستأنفة من منزل الزوجية وتركها بلا نفقة ولا منفق وهجرها مما أضرت بالمستأنفة إلى إقامة الدعوى رقم 307 لسنة 2017 أحوال شخصية نفس مطالبة بختام صحيفة الدعوى بطلاقها من المستأنف ضده بالإضافة إلى كافة حقوقها الشرعية.

Case Facts
• According to a marriage contract dated 27/11/2014, endorsed by Dubai court, with no 2052/2014, and he consummated the marriage with her.
• The Appellant has set the furniture of the apartment alone and the appellee did not share in the cost of the furniture and he did not repay her the value of the furniture.
• The Appellant was surprised after her marriage from the Appellee that he has no desire to have children and he deserted her. She also was surprised that his mother and his daughter of his former wife are living with him in the same department (matrimonial domicile)
• Whereas the Appellee had been abusing the appellant with verbal insults and threats. He neglected her and always leaving her alone in the matrimonial domicile.
• On 27/05/2016, the Appellee has fired the Appellant out of the matrimonial domicile, leaving her without any money and he deserted her. This leads the Appellant to file case no 307/2017, Civil Status. In the conclusion of the statement of claim, the Appellant requested the court to issue a judgment with her divorce from the appellee and obtaining all her legal rights.

The patient is a 48-year-old Egyptian male with complaints of low back pain with radiation to right leg and chronic left wrist pain after a trauma 4 months ago.
X-ray of the lumbar spine showed grade 1 anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 and lumbar spondylosis.
MRI of the left wrist showed ununited fracture of tip of styloid process of ulna with fibers of the triangular fibrocartilage complex still intact associated with tendinopathy and mild subluxation if the extensor carpi ulnaris tendon.
He was treated with analgesics and muscle relaxants and physiotherapy.
This report is issued upon the request of the patient.

مريض مصري، يبلغ من العمر 48 عاماً، وكان يشكو المريض من ألم أسفل الظهر، وكان الألم يشع ناحية الساق اليمنى، مع وجود ألم مزمن في الرسغ الأيمن، وذلك بعد الإصابة برضة (صدمة) منذ أشهر.
لقد أظهر فحص العمود الفقري القطني بالأشعة السينية، وجود إنزلاق فقاري أمامي من الدرجة الأولى، وذلك للفقرة القطنية الخامسة، فوق الفقرة العجزية الأولى، مع وجود فقار قطني.
تم إجراء فحص للرسغ الأيسر عن طريق أشعة الرنين المغناطيسي، وقد أظهرت وجود كسر غير متحد في طرف النَّاتِئُ الإِبْرِيُّ لعظمة الزند، ولكن كانت الألياف، و الغضروف الليفي المثلث كلاهما سليماً، مع وجود اعتلال وتري، وخلع جزئي في الوتر الزندي الرسغي الباسط.
تم علاج المريض بواسطة المسكنات، ومرخيات العضلات، والعلاج الطبيعي.
تم إصدار ذلك التقرير بناءً على رغبة المريض.

قيام الطرف الأول بدفع أجر يومي وقدره (50 دولار أمريكي) للطرف الثاني خلال فترة الزيارة التقييمية ويحسب الاجر من أول يوم عمل للطرف الثاني .
تعتبر أيام الجمع والإجازات الرسمية ( أيام راحة مدفوعة الأجر ) للطرف الثاني مقابل ما يقوم بهِ من جهد واستشارة في تقييم الأضرار واقتراح الحلول.
توفير الطرف الأول السكن المناسب والعلاج والمواصلات ووسيلة التواصل (الجوال) للطرف الثاني خلال فترة زيارته ألتقييميه في أراضي الجمهورية اليمنية (عدن).
تحمل الطرف الأول قيمة تذكرة الذهاب والعودة من وإلى عدن وكذا رسوم منح تأشيرة الدخول للطرف الثاني من السفارة اليمنية بالهند فقط ولا يتحمل ما يترتب للحصول عليها من مصاريف وتنقلات داخل الهند.
في حالة تعذر الطرف الأول من تمديد تأشيرة الزيارة للطرف الثاني فعلى الأخير مغادرة البلاد وحسب النظام.
| Translation - English
1. The First Party shall pay wages on a daily basis with a sum of (USD 50) to the Second Party during the period of the assessment visit and the wages of the Second Party shall be calculated as of the first working day.
2. All Fridays & official holidays shall be considered as (paid rest days) for the Second Party in exchange for what the latter provides from efforts and advices in assessing the damages and suggesting solutions.
3. The First Party shall ensure convenient housing, treatment, transportation, means of communication (Phones) for the Second Party during the latter assessment visit in Aden, Yemen.
4. The First Party shall pay the costs of the round-trip ticket to Aden in addition to the fees of granting the Second Party an entry visa from the Embassy of Yemen in India. The First Party shall not bear any further expenses resulted from this visit such as expenses and transportation in India.
5. If the First Party failed in extending the visit visa for the Second Party, the latter shall leave the country as regulated by Law.

We have audited the accompanying financial statements of SAUDI EDRAK CONTRACTING COMPANY L.L.C. (“The Company”) which comprise the balance sheet as at December 31, 2015 and the related statements of income, cash flows and changes in equity for the year then ended, and the notes from (1) through (13) which form an integral part of the financial statements. These financial statements, which were prepared by the Company presented to us with all information and explanations which we required, are the responsibility of the Company’s management.
